How to log these exercises

Hi guys,
I've been logging this http://www.famouslyfit.com/fitness/fitness-exercises/lee%C2%B4s-crazy-cardio-standing-knee-twist and the other exercising I've been doing as Calisthenics, moderate effort but i'm sure that is wrong so I don't know how many calories I'm actually burning. if anyone has some advice one how to log these please let me know. I was doing squats but when I finally got up to 160, started at 40 and added 10 each week. I started to have problems with my left knee. Until I see my doctor these are out. I was doing proper form I used a mirror for the first few weeks to be sure

This is the whole list:

Standing knee twist - link provided above
A twist on touching your toes, touch your toes with weights (10 lb dumbbells)
bicycle kicks
leg lifts both
leg lifts single
sitting knee lifts


Any help on how to log these properly would be gratefully appreciated

    Wear a heart-rate monitor, that will give you the best record. Some of the guesstimates on the database here are way off...

    Thanks I have been trying to get one but when money is tight its very hard. My friend says he has one I can barrow but he hasn't found it yet.
