I just started this site. I am very muscular but I am forming a belly over my abs which is bothering me. It would be nice to know what foods are filling but not high in calories or fat, or whatever forms bellys.

All I eat is frozen pizzas, chips and cheese , salad, orange, bannana and thats about it, but the counter said i was intaking around 3k calories a day... So if you could recommend me some foods that would be great :)

Since you eat cheese what about cottage cheese? Its filling with high protein. Also natural peanut butter is filling and is low in "good" fat , on whole grain english muffin or fruit (apple/banana).
Adding things like avocado, edemame or nuts to salads are a great way to stay full and not add many cals/fat as long as you know the serving size.
You might also benefit from a protein powder, like "Jay Robb protein powder" which is 110 cals, 0 fat and 25 protein.

ummmmm.....where's the grilled chicken and fish? You have to change your habits because it will show up in other places than just your stomach---like your heart!!!!! This kind of eating pattern (frozen pizzas and chips) will only make you unhealthy even if you are thin and muscular.

Lots of fresh fruits and veggies along with some nuts---and watch the dressing you are using in your salad--the nutritional value of a dressing can literally kill the nutritional value of a salad.

Hi there...well you've taken the first steps to a healthier you by joining MFP. Great start! try swapping chips to a filling baked potato and start experimenting with new foods.

Philadelphia is a nice soft cheese that can be used in a number of recipes! take a look at the recipe forum to give you some ideas on low calorie, healthy foods.

A good work out regime will also help you shed the tummy weight.

    Good luck.
