I have heard lots about people who do the 30DS and other cardio. Do you think it has helped a lot in your weight loss journey? I am thinking of starting to go on walks in the evenings once my hubs gets home and after we eat dinner. Could also by "mommy's quiet time" lol. Who has had success with this? I know I am in no shape to run yet but definitely willing to work my way up. I would love to be able to run a 5k..
