Hi All
I am just about to buy the Jillian Nichael's 30 Day Shred, and just wondered what sort of results people have seen from following the plan as intended. The reviews on Amazon are good, but very few people are commenting on actual results.

I"m on day 8 of level one, so far I haven't lost a pound BUT jeans that were to tight on m last week fit amazingly well today!0

Its a great workout!! I just completed my first 7 days of level one and can happily report that I lost 4 pounds.0

It is honestly amazing. I'm on Day 12, and I've lost 2 inches off my waist, an inch off my thighs and a half an inch off my arms. I gained a few pounds when I started (I think because I hadn't been exercising and I started making sure I was eating my full 1200 net calories), but they've since come off and then some.
It's challenging, but doable. I'm really impressed.0 -

Totally works! Just put all your effort into it and try not to take breaks. You will start seeing results the 1st week.0

I just finished day 8. I've lost 1.3 pounds and a total of 2.5 inches between my waist, hips, and underbust. So it's working nicely for me!0

i am on day 11 level 2. after 7 days i lost 3.4 pounds and 2 1/2 inches total. it is intense but worth it. push through your soreness. it will get better.0

I do it longer then 30 days - I do it until I can go the entier work out with 5lbs weights (i start doing the easy way with 3lbs then, I do 3lbs with the more difficult way; then again the easy way with 5lbs and then the whole things with 5lbs) I am now 3 months in and I am on level 2 with 3lbs weights. I have lost 15lbs and around 3/4inches in my waist and .5inches inmy hips.....I LOVE this dvd!!!!0

my friend did 60 day shred.... 2 weeks of level 1, 2 weeks of level 2 and 2 weeks of level 30

Thanks everyone, dvd ordered, I will put my thoughts/results on my blog, I know it's not going to be easy, but I am going to give it 100% and I will do the before and after photos to keep me motivated.0

I am on Level 1, Day 6-ish. Did it Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri last week and yesterday. (migraines on Thurs and Sat, walked on Sun). I feel stronger and longer. No weight gain or loss, and my measurements are the same so far, but I am only a week into it. I plan on doing the 30DS and I am also adding Kettlebell Bombshell plus some walking on the weekends. So I am not doing the 30DS every day, but 3-4 times per week.0

I love this workout. It's short and powerful. I started Feb 21st. I don't do it everyday. Maybe 2x a week. I do follow the 10 workouts per Circuit format. As of today I am day 7 of Circuit 2 and I've lost 11.2 lbs.
It's worth a shot but if you have bad knees you will have to modify the moves.0 -
After my first 10 days, I lost 1 inch off of my waist and 1 from my hips along with 4 lbs. After the second 10 days, I lost an additional 1/2 inch from both my waist and hips, along with another 2 lbs I believe. I definitely look more toned up too all over!
I am on day 5 of level 3 today, and I can NOT wait for the final results after 30 days!0
