and for the life of me I cannot find it anywhere......should you track strength training? I know you can track the sets/reps, is there any other way I should be tracking it?

there is a strength training entry under cardio exercises.0

Strength training is under cardio, but get accurate readings with a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM).
