I'm thinking about buying the 30 day Shred, it seems to be working for everyone...what is the daily commitment (time)?

I'm around your current weight (165) with a goal of 135-140, but I started 30DS 12 days ago at 161. I just finished level 1 and am now doing level 2. I notice a difference only in my endurance, and I've lost a total of 1.5" all over in 10 days, but gained 4 pounds. I'm not stopping though because eventually somethings' gotta give, but I'd say by day 3 I already noticed a difference in my energy. As far as physically, nothing significant so far. That's just my experience.

I've done it twice through now (and tried a third but hit a busy time so quit half way through).

I never lost a massive amount of weight with it but I did notice I was fitter for it and had a little more muscle definition. My arm muscles definitely appeared - I remember nearly managing to open an IMPOSSIBLE bottle of wine and my friend beings amazed at the muscle that appeared on my arms when I tried.

If you measured your inches all over before you started, I'd check every 10 days or so... or leave the checking til the day after the last day of level 3.

These were my stats the 2nd time round:

    And the 1st time round:

Morning! So I completed the 30DS for the 30 days without rest in between. Unfortunately I am one of those who only wants to loose about 15lbs and trust me its WAY harder to loose 15 than have 30-40 come off when you are overweight (been there too!). The video is only 25 mins total which is great when you are pressed for time but for me it's definitely not enough cardio work to push my body to loose more weight. While on the video I did loose weight and inches (look at my check in's from Feb to March) and did loose a couple of lbs but nothing I would say...WOW this really works!
I was also not on a "diet". I've always been a pretty healthy eater and living overseas we dont have access to all the crazy fast food.
    Hope this helps! :flowerforyou:

Ive done 9 days so one day of level 1 to go before I move on.

I've read lots of threads about the success of the shred and the one thing I'm keeping to the forefront of my mind is that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So many have said they havnt lost weight doing it but I wonder how their eating has been.

It is a short workout even though it really gets you sweating but I still do other cardio aswell. I cant imagine that the shred would deliver dramatic results unless coupled with eating really well and extra cardio imo.

I agree with kayperestrello ... You totally start seeing improvement in your endurance... VERY measurable!!!! During the time I was doing the Shred, I lost 40lbs... I can't attribute that whole 40lbs to the Shred though, I was hitting the gym 5 times a week and working out at least an hour a day  I really do enjoy 30 Day Shred, though and would highly recommend it!! :drinker:

I am on Day 7 of Level 2 using 30 Day Shred. After completing Level 1 on day 10 I lost 3 lbs and 3.5 inches all over. I definitely see a difference in my strength since I can now do a regular push up and my endurance has definitely increased. The moves are a little much for my knees with all the lunging and squats but I just follow the modified moves so they don't hurt as much afterwards. I love seeing the results but I also love that the workout is only 20 minutes long. Paying $9 for this video was definitely worth it.
