Hi all- looking for suggestions for a good pedometer. It would be ideal to have one that i could either attach to a waistband or even to the top of my boot (under pantleg) at work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I love my Omron walking style pedometer - got it off amazon.com. Several of my friends and family now use the same one. Very reliable and easy to use. I had tried several others and had to return them. Try Omron.

I use my ipod nano as a pedometer. It's tiny and brilliant.

Boy do I wish I could find mine right now. My battery is dead, and I put it into the "safe place" and now I can't find it. lol BUT I got mine at CVS for 35 bucks. you can even put it in your pocket. it's grey if that helps you. I even tested mine out on a bumpy road sitting it in the passenger seat. it never added a step. you know how some of the cheap ones are where you can shake it and go 100 steps. lol I do advise you to get a good one even if it means you spend more money. The cheap ones are not accurate. When I get home tonight, I will look for mine and get back with you.

I have had an Omron HJ-203 since January . . . works great, you can put in your pocket or clip to your waistband, I purchased it on Amazon for $19.99. At the local stores it ran about $34. I went thru seceral others before this one and I would highly recomment.

I have the Omron HJ112 - Multi-Function Pocket Pedometer and like it.

It works horizontally or vertically because of a smart sensor technology and counts steps, aerobic steps, distance, stride, calories, fat burned, and has a memory and clock. You can put it on your hip, in a pocket or clip to a bag.
