I've recently started giving almond milk a try and was just wondering if it last longer than regular milk or what? It takes me longer to drink almond milk b/c I don't drink it every day....so I was just wondering if I need to go ahead and use it quickly after I buy it or if it last longer....

Soy and Almond milks last much much longer than dairy. I think they last up to 3 months, not totally sure, but at least 1.
  • After you open almond milk it usually lasts a week or two before it goes bad, i'm not sure about soy milk but it's probably the same.

I just bought Silk light vanilla at the grocery store this weekend, and the expiration date is June. They last MUCH longer than regular milk, thankfully!!

Yeah it lasts longer than dairy. - I bought my Soy Milk April 4th and it lasts until May 28th - my normal 2% milk usually only lasted 15~days
  • It only lasts longer until you open it. Most say to use within a week or two after opening.
