what happens if you hit a plateau and my body is so used to the cardio I do? I don't eat bad or a lot and do a lot of cardio but my body isn't changing.

Change your workouts. If you aren't strength training, do so.0

That should help. She has great insight to it.0 -
measurements as well... if your weight is not changing doesn't mean you are not losing inches and gaining muscle. If measurements have stopped as well, then switch up like she said above Good luck... I have not lost any weight this week so far, but my inches are going down0

It is your body's way of telling you to shake things up. You either need to increase calories, increase workout intensity, increase water, tweak food choices . . . something. Since we are all different you need to tweak what works for you. Part of this journey is to work toward what your body needs and it will tell you just as yours is.0

have you tried changing up your exercise throw in some weights..once a week I cardio for about 10 min then set up some light weight lifting lite to moderate in weight and I'll do 4 sets of 15 with about 30 secs rest in between..hitting arms . legs , shoulders ect...the secret is to keep moving to keep the heart rate up then I fininsh off with 15 min of cardio...I'm at the point of chaninging my diet...thats what I love about this site you can find different foods.. remember one step at a time girl.... .Howie0
