Normally I eat it because I don't like wasting food. I hate leaving any food on my plate...I was taught when I was a kid to never leave anything on your plate. Unfortunately that's a habit of mine that I need to work on. Instead of leaving something on my plate, I try to just order a reasonable portion on food and eat that instead of ordering more food than I know I need and eating all of it.0

Yea, and that's where my problem begins. There for awhile I knew how to say no more. But I am over eating and I haven't gained any weigth but I am still eating unhealthy foods and I am goin over my 1970 calorie limit and I am not eating enough protein and have once again started over doin the carbs. Grrr!!!0
