Any new ideas for pushing past my current weight???

    Well, it kind of depends on what you do already. If you do the same workout routine, change it up a little with different exercises. If you don't workout at all, start... even if it's just a 30 minute walk a day. Sometimes you have to trick your body into getting past a rut...

    Join a challenge on here...it will keep you motivated. Some of them have exercises for you to do. I like them they really keep me wanting to lose more : )
