Units of measurement on MFP

I'm trying to make my diet more well rounded... I've noticed lately that I'm feeling more moody and I suspect that since I changed the way I eat, I am missing out on something my body needs. So I've been changing up what types of things I track in my Food, things that I'm good at eating, like Fibre, I'm not tracking so much anymore but I'm looking at the things that I don't eat enough of. But what units are these in? When I read the nutrition information of food, it always tells me the units it's measuring, but without knowing the units that MFP uses how do I compare? I'm specifically thinking of potassium - that can't be in grams, is it?
