Apple Pie Substitute

I LOVE fruit pie. I MISS fruit pie. But I figured out something that makes me miss it less. Even my kids and husband like it!

Apple Pie Substitute:

1/4 cup Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal
1 medium sized gala apple
1 packet truvia (or any sugar substitute)
1 tsp. cinnamon

1.) peel and chop apple into small pieces. Put in microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle truvia and cinnamon on top. Microwave on high about one minute and 15 seconds.
2) put cereal in a baggy and crush.
3) once apple is cooked, sprinkle crushed cereal on top and eat!
About 121 calories.
