I take all but the Green Vibrance... not sure what that is.

I mix BCAA (amino acid) with my whey protein shakes after my workout.
Some people take it before they work out.

    What's the Green Vibrance?

I think I'm going to try Green Vibrance... Looks like a great add for my smoothies instead of the spinach I usually use...

I use whey protein. After lifting weights I feel I look a lot more lean and toned. It is also very filling for me and is an easy 'whey' to get protein without having to cook a meal.
  • I love super green food-I have not tried that particular brand yet.
I felt some immediate benefits when I started using it. More energy, less mental fogginess and better GI health.
plus supposed to be loaded with antioxidants-so protects future health.
best mixed with fruit juice or as a smoothie with yogurt and fruit does not taste bad-but smells AWFUL! Hold your nose!
  • A lot of the are not needed. If you are getting a variety of fruits, veggies, and such you would be getting most nutrients. Wouldnt even need a multivitamin.

Amino and whey are also not needed. They are a supplement to help you hit your protein goal. They have no magic powers over meat

I take a green juice supplement, same concept - Clorophyll is good for the body
Amino acids are in every veggie/fruit we eat
Vitamin B - Another green supplement and a B12 shot as I am deficient
L Carnitine - definitely if your diet is lacking
Protein - I use pea protien...not made from dairy so less allergens
