How to post SHRED in Excercise???

My husband, myself, and another couple are about to start Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. I'm wanting to know how everyone who has done it posts the work out under your excercise log. Is it in the database or???? Thanks!

    circuit training...but it does over estimate a bit.

    I used to log only 20 minutes (not including the warm up and cool down) and it was closer to the actual burn according to my HRM once I got one. Hope that helps!!

    I think its there. Just search for it under the exersice. I believe Ive added it before when I did it.
