    I am happy to say that making a few changes has corrected the knee issue! I have started using a knee brace, extending the warm up (including the knee circles from level 1,) and modifying some of the excercises that were high impact, thus hurting my knee. Like I said before, I like the results I am seeing and really wanted to make it work.
