Truck driving and eating better

Anyone else drive a truck that could understand our life style,I do have a fridge in here with a small freezer,anyone got tips on best things to eat and or cooking recpices to cook in here.

    Mike,

    My Hubby is a driver as well, He too has a little fridge. He get thoses prepackaged salad greens, he will sometimes buy a dressing or he likes to make his own as well, he has some fruits with him, nuts. Alot of the time he will fix his meals and put them in plastic contianers, so if he get hungery, he can just get one of those out and heat at his next drop.

    He does treat him self 1 time a week to a restruant meal. Hope this has helped !
