Yep, it's the only thing that's worked for me thus far. There's also a really supportive community on here that helps as well .0

Yup if you do it right it totally works! It is the only thing that has worked for me. I was skinny my whole life then I had a child and could not get rid of the weight. I lost 30lbs but gained all of it back plus some when I got pregnant again. I have since lost 32lbs and only 8lbs to my goal.0

Absolutely!
I've battled weight for about 20 years.
No more!!0 -
If you stick to it, it works wonders! Of course, exercise helps it move along as well Good luck!0

Yep, I'd say it works. Counting calories and being held accountable for them is what is doing the trick for me. Sometimes know I have to log something in the diary will discourage me from eating something. I will take all the motivation I can get! Hope you have some success with it!0

In theory yes....but everyone is different and some people react differently to different foods and nutrients. Someone can eat 1400 calories of anything they want and drop weight, while another has to be careful what is within those 1400 calories or they may stall. (random number for example purposes only).0

NOTE: you must measure your portions and don't try to guesstimate. That bowl of cereal you think is 1 portion, most of the time is 2 portions (just an example).0
