I am starting the LA Weight Loss plan again...I did it about 5 years ago and lost 30lbs. I have since gained it all back (due to drinking and eating whatever I wanted...) and I am now starting out again...Looking for a buddy to do it with me!

    I so wish I could, it was the best plan I ever did, actually taught me how to eat properly! But unfortunately they are no longer in Canada :-(

    Did they stop making the LA Strawberry Kiwi Drink Mix?? That was the only Lite that I really liked!!
