Just read a very eye-opening article in Men's Journal and it has really changed the way I look at my gym! It's long but it's worth it. There's some great stuff in there and a lot to learn.

    I didn't read the entire thing, seemed to me the guy liked to read his own writing and needed to fill space, but this website really opened my eyes about how a simple workout can actually be the best.

  • Wow, super eye-opening. I was definitely turning into a 45-minute-elliptical-followed-by-mass-amounts-of-crunches gym bunny, but now I think I may start actually doing something that will get me somewhere :smile:
