I found this recipe in our local newspaper and had to try it. they turned out really good! They are low cal and satisfy that crunchy/salty craving that usually sends me reaching for the chips
they're sooo easy to make an you only need 3 ingredients!
enjoy~~

1 can chickpeas (or use dry beans..I had canned at the time, just drain and rinse REALLY well)
non-stick cooking spray (I used olive oil spray)
garlic & herb seasoning (I used McCormick's...you can use whatever you like)

preheat oven to 375
spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray
pour chickpeas onto sheet in a single layer, spray with a little more oil and mix around so they're all coated
bake for about 40 minutes, stirring them every 10 minutes
as soon as you take them out of the oven, season them (they have to be hot so the seasoning sticks)

Measure out into 1/4 cup servings and store in ziplock bags

off the top of my head I know they are 96 cals/ serving
I can post the rest when I have more time ((:

This sounds yummy and even better if it satisfies salty cravings as I often struggle with them and it takes all my effort not to reach for a bag of crisps ;0)
