I'm very surprised to see Dominos and Chic-Fil-A on the BEST list. That's crazy. Dominos here is insanely greasy! I should have known Olive Garden wouldn't be on the best list, but I didn't think it'd make worst, wow. All good things are either fattening, immoral or illegal.

most of them were not surprising to me, and i like the survival guide too. i dont eat out much anymore...i rather have home cooked meals. however, i realize that there is not always time and i have been in the situation where i have to grab something on the go. but, i wouldnt choose these places. maybe chick-fil-a every now and then, but the sodium is ridiculous there!

I read the "What not to Eat" book and was surprised by some of those. I remember saying the Outback was terrible because they bathe all their food in butter so even the "healthy" selections were secretly terrible. It's my favorite restaurant :( haha I also read the "What not to drink" book but it was pointless for me since I only drink water and an occassional diet soda. It shouldn't wake a book to tell ya that double chocolate chunk, fudgy cookie dough shake from wherever was the wrong choice! But the food one was helpful and has a guide that if you have to eat out, what you should consider getting at that restaurant. I think there is an app for it to. Good stuff. Thanks for sharing!

How in the world did Hardee's/Carl's Jr not end up worst on fast food?

You can order steaks "healthy style" and they leave it out.

    Got my answer today...
Few know this better than David Zinczenko, editor in chief of Men’s Health and author of the Eat This, Not That series of books that have sold more than 7 million copies. In an unlikely move, Men’s Health teamed with Carl’s and Hardee’s — which it had blasted in the past for various calorie bombs — to give its seal of approval to the turkey burger.

Guess that goes to show anyone has a price, and there is no such thing as an unbiased report from anyplace that is for profit.
