How to get through this?

hi everyone!

My aunt very recently died so of course I am emotionally a wreck ... during those first few days I barely ate anything (probably 800 or so calories) i was also not hydrating myself either. I know this is bad ... but like I said my aunt just died! Now for the past 2 days, though I hant't gone totally crazy eating everything in sight ... tracking it seems like I way overate (2000cal when I should be eating around 1500) I zig zag but none of my days are over 1700 and under 1200. I havn't worked out since my aunt got ill, 2wks ago. I donnow why but I weighed myself and was shocked to see I gained 1kg! I'm emotionally a mess ... trying to get a handle of this death but also keep on track with my health goals! (thou I'm doing a crappy job it seems) ... I know it will take time to overcome this loss, but any advice so that I don't stray too much from the path??? thanks!

    You're right, it will take time. Just do the best you can and keep logging, maybe get a walk in or some kind of workout, it makes me feel better. Sorry for your loss! Hang in there!!! :flowerforyou:

    I'm so sorry for your loss. Take it easy on yourself and give yourself time to grieve. You will get through it. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
