trying not to stress

I am on week three and getting into the doubtful phase of this working. I get to three weeks and I always struggle and I worry. Will this be the program that helps me to lose 20 more pounds? I haven't been able to workout since last week. I have been doing a lot of cleaning around the house. I am tracking my foods and watching my portions. Drinking more water and hoping that I am doing this right.

Sigh...just need a little encouragement.
