I tried that workout today and boy did I feel it! :smile: I did it at a 4.5 pace instead and did the highest incline suggested for each time segment. According to my HRM I burned 171 calories in 20 min. Pretty good for 20 min! Try it and tell me what you guys think :flowerforyou:
