Just found this website and I think it's great. I haven't done any blogging or forum posting before, but it seems like fun and a good way to keep motivated. I have a thyroid condition and so I find it difficult to find the energy to exercise or even cook, hence the weight problems. (lots of fast food). My husband has greyhounds, so I have begun by helping him exercise them, and I have ordered a zumba dance dvd, I used to love to dance......
