I am 5'9" and I am 150lbs currently down from 160, I would like to get to 140, but right now I am feeling discouraged because I have hit a bit of a plateau. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for programs, diaries, blogs etc I could try/read. I am mostly looking for inspiration and motivation to get this going for myself!
Thanks for reading.

Have you tried cycling your calories? I've had to do that a few times to avoid plateaus. Other things I've tried is increasing my protein and decreasing carbs. I'll also take my sugar to below 20g a day to lean out. Once I'm there though, I'm there for good.0
