Maintenance, Not losing

Options
As much as everyone enjoys losing weight.... I feel like I've met my goals and can now just work on maintenance. Fitness gurus out there - does working out 4x a week (every other day) sound like a good way to maintain? I mean if I lose a pound here or there, fine, but I don't think it's necessary for me to be working out almost daily like I have been.

I will continue to eat between 1200-1350 calories - MFP recommends 1200, but I almost always go over, which tells me that my body needs those extra calories if I seem to be going over almost every day.

I guess I'm just looking for advice on maintaining weight... and maybe introducing weights. I do want to start doing BodyPump classes again - I saw amazing results with body fat loss during a 3 week period when I was obsessed with the class!

Go find your BMR. Then find your daily caloric needs based on your activity level that way, not through MFP. Once you have that, figure out your macro nutrient breakdown, then manually plug those goals into MFP.

Great job on reaching your goal! Remember, it's easier to maintain than to lose!

Good job reaching your goal! When I reached my goal, I started adding carbs in and calories 100 at a time. I didn't just jump up to my recommended daily allowance of everything. It took a bit to figure out but I got there with no problem.
