Logging Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

I'm going to start doing the team challenge. I believe it starts next week..Apr 18. I'd like to know how we would log this exercise?

    i log it as circuit training. it seems to be pretty accurate from what others have said, but i can't use a HRM to be sure because i have a pacemaker.

    You can create your own workout name. You're only going to get accurate calories burned if you get a heart rate monitor. I know that I burn an average of 258 for 30 day shred level 1 with my heart rate monitor

  • For me level 1 of 30DShred burns 200 calories, Level 2 burns 215-225calories > HRM

    I am 5'2, 170lbs. I log it in as a new exercise "30DS Lvl 1 (or 2)"

    A lot of people log it under circuit training general, which is the same thing -- but I like to look back and remember what kind of circuit training I did.
