Two things I'm proud of myself for right now:
1- Made a goal not to eat after 8pm. Check! Felt so much better when I woke up this morning.
2- After 3 weeks of being motivated and working on fixing my bike, FINALLY got a new bike seat that will allow me sit on the bike for longer than 5 minutes (and no bruising now between rides either!!) Rode almost 5 miles today. The goal was only 3! Yea!:bigsmile:
