Let me go investigate on mine....BRB0 -
i can have 1450 cals per day and never go below 1200. i try to stay as close to 1450 as i can0

Net calories are what you actually ate minus your exercise for the day.
Calories are just what you actually ate.
As far as I can tell... hope that helps!0 -

ok so now i keep reading that you must eat your exercise cals. i never ate them and lost 40, now im eating them ant ive been maintaing since the beginning of june. should i go back to not eating my exercise calories?0

They say it's important to eat those calories.
I've always ate mine, and have lost.
Your body could be trying to readjust.....cause if you weren't eating them and working out...you were probably having some "starvation" issues. Ya know your body freaked cause it didn't have enough to support normal functions and work outs....
When I first started I didn't lose for a while simply because of that adjustment, then my body caught on.0 -
thanks for your help, ill keep it in mind.0
