That shows what are good healthy foods to eat for all meals. I want to start eating a little more healthy and like to see what kind of options I would have doing so.

ALL unprocessed foods are healthy in moderation. focus on foods that are more in their natural state - vegetables, fruits, a little meat (as meat, not as turkey twizzlers) nuts, grains etc. try and learn about wild foods as well if you can

I use MFP to add foods available and then pick the one with the healthiest options (and delete the others).

Adding my agreement here! A little oily fish is good too, as is lean fish such as prawn. You could try pulses too (lentils, beans, chick peas etc.). LOTS of coloured vegetables; peppers, leaves, tomatoes (although technically a fruit!), carrots etc., and fresh fruit. Carbs such as pasta is good in moderation, but watch what you put on it! If you must eat cheese, try to have strongly flavoured cheese, that way you'll use less of it.

I love foraging! There is so much you can eat in the wild...but do make sure you don't gather food that's growing close to roads or industrial areas. Richard Mabey has a great book, 'Food For Free' - worth reading if you fancy going down that path!
