Hi im new here and i am am looking forward to getting a better body and being healthier. I am almost 25 and i have 2 kids. So for me a challenge will be to find time to workout. Anyways i am wanting to lose about 20lbs. And just be healthier and toned in general. Good luck to all of you and im hoping i can stick with it to reach my goal.
