31 days till the HALF!

OMG! My half marathon is in 31 days. I am freaking out. I drove the course on Saturday, and 13.1 miles is VERY FAR! And the course I am doing is SO HILLY!
I am presently am only running for about an hour and do about 5 miles (BTW I use the term "running" losely, I really just walk/jog) Any tips? Advice? I am totally freaking out!
Any good songs? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would suggest going to marathonrookie.com and reading up on things. The more you know, the less scary it becomes.

    This going to sound pretty disgusting, but it's the best advise I received before my first half. If you get pre race jitters and feel like you need to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes, I strongly suggest immodium AD. I took a couple pills the night before the race and 1 more in the morning. It kept me away from the bathrrom on race morning.

    Jenn you can do this...keep training hard. Think about how you are going to feel when you cross the finish line!
