Milk question?

Ok so short and sweet here, I am vegan. But I love alot of foodds that need milk. I am on a low budget so which is best for the price? Rice milk, Soy milk, or Almond milk Im looking for more bang for my buck lol!

Taste wise, I DEF like almond the best
I heard some people like coconut milk as well.

Almond and soy milk are cheaper in my area. You can get half a gallon for 2.50bucks.
I always go for almond milk, since the process to obtain it is not Chemical, as it is for the soymilk.
I've heard good things about rice milk too, but it only comes in small packages and the same price as half a gallon.
Beware the amount of sugar in the vanilla (at least 17gr added sugars!!!) flavors. Natural almond milk already has 7 grams (and it is quite sweet already), or 0 grams if unsweetened.
At Dillons is where I buy my almond milk, it's where I find it cheapest, and always get discount coupons.

I haven't tried the Rice Milk yet, but I LOVE almond milk (with desserts, in cereals, etc...it's great). I try to stay away from a lot of soy since I have thyroid issues(too much soy elevates the hormone levels).0

almond milk isn't too bad. I've had it before and it was tolerable.
I'm a big drinker of cows milk, but I admire your choice to avoid animal products.0 -
For drinking or in cereal...Almond milk for sure. The dark chocolate is like a milk shake. It is VERY thick-like a milkshake. I use soy milk more for cooking or in recipes. I have not tried rice milk...but my friend prefers rice milk to soy for cooking purposes.0

I prefer almond milk. I drink the vanilla unsweetened. I put it in everything! I was a huge cow milk drinker until I discovered almond milk. I don't do soy. It messes with your hormone levels.0

I don't do soy but almond and unsweetened coconut milk are good. I actually just make my own almond milk since I have a Vitamix. I just blend the almonds and water together with a pinch of salt, a splash of vanilla and one pitted date. I prefer to strain mine through cheesecloth otherwise it's a bit chalky from the pulp. You can then use the pulp in muffins or something so it doesn't go to waste.0
