I run a bookstore fulltime all week and have trouble eating right and getting exercise in/losing any weight. I answer emails, service customers, answer phone calls, manage my inventory, restock shelves, ect, and that pretty much sums up my day.
I do some calisthenics when I have downtime and noone's looking, like leg squats, jogging in place, bends and anything that gets my heart rate up.
I was told my someone that due to my sedentary job that I should focus on a high protein diet during the day.
Any tips, suggestions or anything is much appreciated!

Have you tried a nutritionist? I know that most insurance companies do not cover nutritionist visits unless it "health" related, but spending a little over $100 once and finding out what/when you should be eating would be a good start. As for the exercise, I know it's hard. I work full time and have two children, so I have to schedule my gym visits. If I don't put them on my calendar, then I don't go. The same goes for my workouts that I do at home. If I don't literally write them on my calendar, then it doesn't get done.
The best of luck to you!0
