Exercise suggestions pleeease! :]

I really want to work my abs, inner thighs and biceps. I would like to only tone my biceps, not build muscle as they are already wierdly big for my body. I already do sit-ups and crunches everyday and run at least a mile each day also. If you have any suggestions for good workouts to tone up abs, inner thighs and biceps, i would LOVE to hear them! Thank you so much! :]

    Do bicep curls with light weights to tone your biceps!
    Yes, you will build muscle at first, but it's impossible to be toned without muscles. If you do curls 3 times a week or so, you should see more tone without being hugely bulky; that seems to work for me.

  • For your abs do around the world planks, anti rotation cruches, side planks with low-cable row, and back extensions with alternating back dumbell row. Which also will target the biceps at the same time. All of the exercises can be found on google.
