HELP! only losing .5lb/week

Im going nuts. for 2 months i have been losing an average of .5lbs / week. The way that i have my MFP goals set up is to lose 1.2lbs/week. I rarely ever go over my 1200 calorie intake and if i do Im sure to be under the following day. I work out (mix of cardio & weight training) 5-6 days a week and I just dont get it. Im really starting to get bummed. I weigh 152lbs at 5'5" and really should be around 135. ugh.

Also, I have been recording my measurements and although I have lost around 9 inches since ive began my journey they dont seem to be moving much anymore either. totally bummed and clueless. If I have my MFP set at a 1.2lb/week and Im sticking to it, shouldnt I see those results???

    Are you eating back the calories your burning? Because if your not your body may be going into starvation mode and slowing your results.
