Simple walking

I belong to the gym at work but its so hectic to get to the gym, undress, workout and then shower and get dressed. I know its an excuse...
So to get my daily exercise, I have taken to walking at lunch with a coworker. On the nice days we have found a route that is about 40 minutes and has inclines and flat areas. On the rainy days, we walk inside the mall that's across the street. In about 40 minutes, we're able to do about 10 laps around the mall. NO SHOPPING ALLOWED!

I feel it in my legs afterwards and the scale is slowly creaping down. I know I'm going to have to start doing more than cardio, but I'll get to that another day....
