Time to Keep Pressing On

So About 2 weeks ago I had a super hard workout week. When I went to check-in .. EVERYTHING was the same as the week before. I got very discourage and kindof took a week without working out. i still watched what i ate but didnt log it. So now its this week, and even though I told myself i would start working out again. I have not. BUT TODAY! i am goin to workout again. if its going for a walk or just 15 mins of a video ... just to get my mind wanting to again ..

anyways ... wanted to post it bc if i dont, then i wouldnt do it but just sit here on my butt and drink my coffee! :)

    you definitely cannot rely on exercise alone and just watching what you eat. You have to make a serious committment to make total changes in your diet and stick with them.
