Help !

I am chaperoning a trip this weekend with the Jazz band from school. I am afraid I wont be able to stay in my calorie goals eating out every meal. Any suggestions.

    If you are at fast food places - skip the fries, no condiments or cheese on the burgers, water or tea (no soda), try the salads (but careful on the dressings). I made it 10 days last year and still lost a lb eating motel and fast food every day. Just be concious (you might have to deal with high sodium though).

    take note for everything you eat and cont de calories, eat mostly green salads, white meat , stay away from deserts and sodas, bread only dark, fruit 5 peaces a day , and very important 8 cups of water at day , dont pass 1200k a day, and enjoy your trip with the band.

    If you can - pack healthy snacks so come meal times you wont be as hungry -
