Last nights workout

15 mins Stairs
31 mins Tredmill - (interval: 30 low, 30 high, 30 low, 30 high, 30 rest = 1 round/10)

Circuit:
one legged dead lift; jump (right and left leg) - 10 x 3
Plank alternating sholder touch - 20 x 3
Jump Rope - 60 skips
Pick up ball/weight squat; lateral raise squat put ball back on floor (thats 1) - 12 x 3
Side kick hold (not kicking just holding the leg to the side in a kick form for easie kick boxing) - 8 seconds, 10 x 2
Assisted hand stand (walk your self up a wall and hold) 10 seconds x 3
Jump rope - 60 Skips
Dancer pose bicep curls - 12 x 3

Then 5 mins Abs with I phone App

    GR8 job! That's an awesome workout! I'm curious.....how many calories did you burn all together?

    My HRM is out of order at the moment. Usually a workout like that can range from 650 to 800 Give or take. I am lost with out my HRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :sad:
