I recently changed my settings so MFP would include sugar in the totals. Here's the problem: it allows 25g of sugar a day on a 1250 calorie diet. That is only 2 cups of milk. You add any fruits and vegetables and you are way over. That seems pretty unforgiving if you want a treat. Does anybody else track sugar? If so, is that accurate and do you have any suggestions for nixing my sugar habit?
