I have a HUGE problem with eating lots of sodium when I eat out on the weekends. I cook for myself/hubby for the rest of the week so Monday-Friday there is no problem. But, come Friday night at 7 pm, when the Margaritas are calling my name, I need some help!
Any others out there want to join a weekly support group to lessen our sodium addictions?
