HDL Plummeted

So I've been seeing a doctor every 3 months to track my progress. My recent blood work was very promising except for one thing: my HDL dropped by about 10 points!
Cholesterol, Total Triglycerides VLDL Cholesterol LDL Cholesterol HDL Cholesterol
Normal 100-199 mg/dL 0-149 mg/dL 5-40 mg/dL 0-99 mg/dL >39 mg/dL
1/5/2011 223 253 51 140 32
4/5/2011 156 184 37 96 23
I suppose I should at least be grateful that the ratio of HDL:LDL is getting higher. All my other values are back to normal except for triglycerides, and that number dropped enormously.
