The past few days

I can hardly stay awake.
I've gotten enough sleep.
I've gotten some exercise.
I just wannna sleeeeeeeeep.


I'm taking three days off with the children before they start school. I am taking naps and laying low and doing next to nothing. They seem fine with it...but where is my normal energy?

    Could it be close to TOM? I seem to get lathargic (sp?) near that time. Don't know why!
    You also may be low in a vitamin or iron too.

    Exercise! I've started using exercise in lieu of coffee/naps, and honestly it makes me waaaay more energetic :smile:

    Hmmm.

    Not TOM.

    I do exercise ~1 hour or more daily. I have weekends where I hardly sit still and am digging, raking, breaking through caliche with a pick axe, shoveling compost, mopping floors, carrying buckets of water, hanging wet clothes on the line, playing with the dogs, etc. Weekdays I bike commute and am on the move.

    The children are entertaining themselves. The dogs are quiet. Time for a nap...
