Where should my cals be?

ok I have 30lbs left to lose where should I have my lbs per week set at? I am just kinda in idle for the last 3 weeks up and down, I am at a 1lbs lost a week setting right know, when do people move it or don't you. Thanks

    i went straight for 2 lbs a week and for the most part that's how much i've been losing. if you have been doing 1 lb a week with no problems you should be able to do 2 lbs.

    I'm going to tell you to aim for 1300-1500. I was doing solely 1200, but your body needs more. Try it and see what happens!
