For the last 5 weeks, I have been on the new WWPP+ program. First week, I lost 2.2 pounds, since then NOTHING. I don't understand how I can eat all the fruit and veggie I want and lose weight. It seems odd to me that just about everyone I know can use up to 29 points per week....how can that possibly work. I eat pretty healthy, most of the time, and stick to whole wheat products and don't snack too much....so I am switching back to MyFitness Pal. When I first joined this program, I lost 5 pounds pretty quickly....so I starting from stratch!

Yeah, that sounds a little odd to me too. However, don't always fall into the whole wheat fad. Whole wheat can have more calories and the same nurtion as it's brothers. If need some motivation or advice, don't be afraid to add me as a friend.

    Good luck!

Ok, how do you friend people? Like on Facebook or here....

I am looking at my calories...I eat tons of fruits and veggies...on WW they are free....meaning don't need to count them....but if I look at my carbs right now, I am over! See...I'm thinking that is why WW doesn't work well for me....the carbs in wheat and in the fruits are messing me up. For one week, I am going to follow my calorie counting and track in ww and see what happens....

Question...do you guys think it's better to eat all your calories or have some left over?

Click on someone's name from a forum post, you'll find it on top of their picture on the left. There should be a big green button that says "Add as Friend" on their profile page.

p.s. To answer your question, aim to hit your calorie goal every day. If you go over a LITTLE some days or go under a little, it averages out and it will work out. Some people actually stop losing weight if they are consistently coming in under their calories. Everyone is different, so find out what works for you.
