    i am with BamBam all the way.....i also would add KORN to the mix and some old school Van Halen-Sammy Hagar and also old school funk will do the trick!

    Anything with a steady bass/drum and a decent guitar solo in as well, something to help pick up the pace every now and then..

    Motley Crue, The Cult, Stereophonics, Michael Jackson (RIP), Aerosmith, - okay theme so far - a bit more rocky than I though, but also things like 8Mile Soundtrack, Eminem, Akon or even Bruno Mars (great soft beat behind his music and great to do a steady row to as well.)..

    And to throw in a few classics - Al Green or Frank Sinatra.. When you're after consistency, soft music to help you not think what you're doing - the classics are great
