So this man was sitting at the bar in a local pub when up walks a gentleman and says "Sir forgive me for asking but where did you get the little man playing the piano?" Disgruntled the man says "Well I found this lamp and when rubbing it to clean it off out pops a really old genie, gray hair, cane... He gave me three wishes but I only used one. You can make a wish if you want. " Intrigued the gentleman says "Sure!" He rubs the lamp, the ancient genie pops out and asks him what he would like to wish for "But speak up because I'm old and don't hear well." "A Million Bucks!" The man exclaims. A few moments went by before this loud wind comes rushing up to the door of the bar and in flies a million ducks. Flabergasted the gentlemen looks at the other man with a puzzled look on his face and the man at the bar says "You didn't really think I wished for a 12 inch pianist did you?"
So, I was thinking about this the other day. Say you found a lamp, rubbed it and out pops a genie. What do you wish for?
Me?
1. Endless amounts free money (no income taxes or anything comparable)
2. Perfect health for myself and everyone I know
3. To be able to time travel safely whenever I want

    1) A perfectly working body.
    2) 5 Million dollars - enough to get me back to baseline and have enough in bank to be work optional.
    3) The ability to get my point across every time, all the time.

    A fit body
    A fit Husband (so I wouldn't worry so much about diabetes or a heart attack)
    Plenty of money so I can stay at home with my daughter

    1. A long, healthy life for my family and I
    2. To be free from all the little fears/prejudices that nag us as human beings
    3. The personal and financial freedom to pursue what I want, when I want

    1. TO be HEALTHY (all the time) so I can have a BABY:heart:
    2. to have my ex inlaws disappear so they can no longer harrass me:devil:
    3. TO graduate..... ...

    Money don't seem to make me happy anymore...so ill go with this for now...:bigsmile:

    Hmmm...this is actually kind of tough. I guess I would have to say...

    1. Enough money to pay off our debt and be comfortable...maybe enough so we could start a family without too much worry.

    2. Healthy family and friends...I couldn't be me without them.

    3. Having children...we aren't trying yet, but it's always been my biggest fear that we won't be able to for some reason, so I'd wish to be able to have children with no problems. I can't WAIT to be a mom!

    oh let me think....one thing pops into mind immediately...

    That my son will have a wonderful, healthy, safe, happy and NORMAL life and be loved and cherished by his family and friends all his days on this earth.....
    (I'd even forfeit the other two for this one.....:heart: )

    but if the wishes were a given....lol I'd wish for...

    peace on earth.....:heart:

    and healthy happy and stress free lives for all...especially my loved ones...(that includes you all! :wink: ):drinker:
